The County Government of Machakos believes that the South Eastern Kenya Economic Bloc (SEKEB) is the ultimate gateway to progress and prosperity in Kenya’s lower Eastern region. Tapping into the diverse economic opportunities, the numerous natural resources, agricultural activities, the shared road infrastructure and our vibrant human capital will not only trigger a revolutionary economic upturn but it will also usher us into a new era of progress.
Today, Dr. Muya Ndambuki – Machakos, Ms. Agnes Mulewa – Kitui and Dr. Justin Kyambi – Makueni converged at the SEKEB headquarters here in Machakos. The three County Secretaries deliberated on the resolutions of the last summit of our unified transformative vision. Our joint efforts are geared towards creating opportunities for our people through the immense economic opportunities available in our land.
Also present were the CEO SEKEB Ms. Faith Muthoki and members of the Secretariat; Caven Muange – Machakos, Peter Nguli – Kitui and Ms. Gloria Katheu Mulwa – Makueni.
