The County Government of Machakos, in collaboration with the Kenya Medical Practitioners, Pharmacists and Dentists’ Union (KMPDU), continues to make significant progress in implementing the key resolutions outlined in the Return To Work Formula (RTWF) signed on 11th December 2024.
Through a series of structured engagements between county leadership and the union, notable strides have been achieved in addressing critical issues related to healthcare worker welfare, staffing gaps, and overall service delivery within the county’s health system. These joint efforts reflect a shared commitment to strengthening the health sector and enhancing the working environment for medical professionals across Machakos.
