The Department of Public Participation, Citizen Engagement, and Customer Service, within the Ministry of Devolution, played a pivotal role today in a public engagement forum held at the Machakos Social Hall.
The main objective was to gather input for the Integrated Development Plan for Machakos Municipality. In the initial phase of the session, stakeholders were actively engaged to gather data and seek their valuable insights and feedback across all sectors crucial to the municipality’s development.
Noteworthy participants included officers from the Public Participation, Citizen Engagement, and Customer Service team, stakeholders, Ward Coordinators and Ward Administrators.
