Mavoko Municipality -Kenya Urban Support Program (KUSP) Projects and Their Impacts
- Construction of Mavoko lot 2 projects: Athi River market external parking and Non- Motorized Transport (NMT) facilities and solar street lighting for Mavoko Municipality. This project entails constructing roads to Cabro standard including the main carriage way, walkways and shallow water drainage system. The percent progress of the works is currently at 100%.
- Construction of Mlolongo lot 1 projects: Roads and Non- Motorized Transport (NMT) facilities to concrete blocks paved standards of missing links within Mlolongo urban area. This project entails constructing roads to concrete blocks paved standards including the main carriageway, walkways and closed storm water drainage system. The percentage progress of works is currently at 70%.
- Construction of Mlolongo lot 2 projects: Roads, parking and NMT facilities to concrete blocks paved standards within Mlolongo Town. This project entails constructing roads to Cabro standards including the main carriageway, walkways and closed storm water drainage system. The percentage progress of works is currently at 50%.
- Construction to concrete blocks paved standard of selected roads and Non- Motorized Transport (NMT) in Makutano (kyumbi) center. This project entails constructing roads to Cabro standard including the main carriage way, walkways and closed storm water drainage system and it’s currently at 100%
