Green Economy is an economy that
aims at reducing environmental risks and ecological scarcities, and that aims
for sustainable development without degrading the environment.
Baseline: A value that shows the initial state of an
indicator at the start of a phase/ project against which progress can be

achievement of the outcome. Outcome indicators include quantitative and
qualitative measures. Examples are enrolment rates, transition rates, mortality
rates, customer satisfaction levels etc.
Target: A level of result desired to be achieved within a given time
frame
