1.Established a Devolved system of Government consisting of sub Counties,

3.Established a fully functional Citizen engagement Directorate within our Department.
4.Continuously striving to achieve a clean, safe and sustainable environment for Machakos residents.
- Set up County Services center(the equivalent of Huduma centers) at each of the 40 wards and later at the 235 villages.
- Train all the Administrators at a recognized Government institution i.e. Kenya School of Government (KSG)
- Acquire official working uniform for all Administrators.
- Acquire motor vehicles for all the Administrators to improve their mobility
